Gas prices could be going up in Wisconsin after winter storms in Texas froze oil refineries.
Gas-Buddy-dot-com says the average price for a gallon of gas in the state is already up ten-cents from last week. The average price for a gallon of regular, unleaded gas in Eau Claire County is 2.66-cents. Triple-A says Americans can expect prices to be upwards of three-dollars by Memorial Day.
