Green Bay is number ten on a list of Midwest cities with high salaries and a low cost of living.
According to personal finance experts at The Ascent, Des Moines, Iowa, residents’ income to expense ratio is the best on the list. St. Paul and Minneapolis, Minnesota follow. The report says Green Bay residents work in unusually high numbers in fishing, forestry, farming, and production industries.
