An Eau Claire girl is one of the first Eagle Scouts in America.
Madelynn Branco passed her review this week, and will get her honor in February. She is just 16-years-old and joined the Boy Scouts because her brothers were scouts as well. Branco will get her Eagle Scout honor near the second anniversary of the Boy Scouts’ decision to allow girls to join.
