WI High Court to Hear Crowd Limit Case

Governor Evers’ office gets to make its case as to why bars and restaurants in Wisconsin should be limited to just 25-percent of their customers.

The Wisconsin Supreme Court will hear arguments in the governor’s crowd limit case today. The state’s Tavern League sued over the governor’s 25-percent cap, claiming the order would all but shut down hundreds of small businesses across the state. The case is due to be argued later this morning.
