Badger Boost to Frontlines

Nearly one thousand doctors and nurses from outside the state of Wisconsin are playing a major role in the state’s coronavirus outbreak.

The Badger Institute yesterday released a report that says licensing reforms adopted at the beginning of the outbreak are now paying off. The Badger Institute’s report shows that 937 out-of-state medical professionals got an expedited license from the state. They are now working in hospitals and clinics across Wisconsin.
