The presidential recount in Milwaukee should be finished by the end of the day.
Election managers say there are just 65 ballots yet to be counted, then there is all of the paperwork. It will likely be Monday before poll workers in Dane County wrap-up their recount. Wisconsin’s deadline to certify its vote is Tuesday.
