Federal Lawsuit Dropped

A federal lawsuit filed to stop certification of votes in three Wisconsin counties is officially dropped.

Three voters from Northeast Wisconsin dropped the suit in federal court in Green Bay this morning.  The action was dismissed voluntarily and without prejudice against all the defendants who included county clerks, the Wisconsin Elections Commission and Governor Tony Evers.

The lawsuit sought to stop certification of votes in Milwaukee, Dane and Menominee counties.
