There’s another court case involving Wisconsin’s cap on customers.
The Mix Up bar in Amery, and Pro-Life Wisconsin yesterday asked the state’s appeals court to overturn the order that puts a limit on crowds at bars, restaurants, shops, and stores across the state. The appeal is tied to a Barron County judge’s ruling that reinstated the governor’s crowd limits. The bar’s owner is asking for a ruling in the case by Friday.
