WI CARES Act Money Headed to Help

The latest round of Wisconsin’s coronavirus stimulus money is going to people in need.

Governor Tony Evers yesterday said he is sending 50 million-dollars to programs designed to help low income families. That includes child care assistance, rental assistance, help paying for people’s power bills, and a million-dollars to help people sign-up for BadgerCare. The 50 million is the latest piece of Wisconsin’s two billion-dollars in CARES Act money.
