The St. Croix County judge who heard the legal challenge to the governor’s statewide mask order yesterday said he will make a quick decision in the case. The judge did not say how long “quick” will be.
The Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty yesterday argued that the governor has overstepped his bounds by issuing extra emergency orders. They say lawmakers have a say in the process at this point.
