The Wisconsin Election Commission yesterday sent over two-and-a-half million letters to nearly every registered voter in the state. The letter explains the options for voting in November. The Election Commission says people can vote in-person, with an absentee ballot at the polls, or with an absentee ballot through the mail. The letter explains how to do all three.
