If retailers are playing dirty, Attorney General Josh Kaul is asking everyone to help clean it up and fight price gouging.
The AG says today consumers need to know their rights and if they see or experience price gouging, they should to report it to the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection.
That department will handle the initial investigation of the complaint and may refer it to the Department of Justice or district attorney for further action.
