Steven Avery’s lawyer is trying again for a new trial, or even just a new hearing.
Avery’s attorney yesterday asked the Wisconsin Court of Appeals to take up his case. The lawyer says there are questions about his trial for the muder of Teresa Halbach back in 2005. Avery has become world famous because of the Netflix documentary Making a Murderer.
