The City of Eau Claire is considering multiple redevelopment projects for downtown.
Where can we expect to see the changes? Well, early rumblings say the city’s Redevelopment Authority is considering two proposals for Block Seven and two for the Liner Site near the new parking ramp on Galloway Street.
What can we expect to see? Some of the proposals include building a children’s museum, affordable housing, and space for businesses. Financial analysis on the plans will be done in the next few weeks.
