STAND OFF IN LOYAL ENDS IN GUN SHOTS

A police officer in Clark County is recovering after a shooting that ended an hours-long standoff in the town of Loyal.

It all started yesterday when police tried to pull over Robert Domine. He sped away, flashed a gun, then ran away on foot. A little while later the sheriff says they found him in a home. After a few hours of talking, officers went in. That’s when the Loyal police say they heard two shots. Loyal’s police chief says they took an officer to the hospital as a precaution.

There is no word about Domine’s condition.
