Travel Wisconsin is planning to expand its marketing reach into other parts of the country.
Reports say the Department of Tourism has requested the Joint Finance Committee use over 780-thousand-dollars each year until 2021 for the department’s general marketing purposes fund. Those funds would expand marketing in 2020 and 2021 into three additional media markets. The markets haven’t been announced.
