A Sawyer County man is going to jail in Eau Claire County after his sixth OWI charge.
Police say Douglas Baker was going 15 miles per hour over the speed limit last month. They say he was pulled over and tested with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit. Baker pleaded no contest to an OWI charge yesterday. He’ll spend one year in jail with six months stayed.
