We now know who was behind the bank robbery in Lake Hallie earlier this week, but we will not know how much money was taken.
42 year old Jason G Burgett of Milwaukee was identified after a police chase that ended in him surrendering to Officers. It appears he was
acting alone.
Bank employees reported that the suspect displayed a black handgun. US Currency was stolen and also recovered by officers after a Search Warrant was obtained. The exact amount of cash taken will not be released. No one was injured during this incident.
