The National Weather Service is confirming what folks in Eau Claire have known for months, the winter of 2018-2019 was the snowiest ever. The Weather Service yesterday made it official yesterday. Forecasters say Eau Claire saw 98-point-eight inches of snow this past winter. That topped the old record of 89-point-three inches set back in 1996-1997.
