A person is in custody following reports of someone pointing a gun out the window of a vehicle in Eau Claire.
Police say the incident happened along Third Street Saturday night and they were able to locate the vehicle along Water Street around 10:00 p.m. An airsoft pistol was recovered from the scene. The person taken into custody could be charged with disorderly conduct and possession of THC. A passenger in the vehicle is still wanted by police.
