A Cornell man accused of punching a boy for complaining about being hungry has his trial date set.
A criminal complaint claims David Markham punched the boy after he texted his mom and said he hadn’t eaten all day and was hungry earlier this year. Markham is charged with felony child abuse. He’ll go to trial in mid-November.
