Wisconsin’s Republicans in Washington D.C. are doing a bit of an ‘I told you so’ lap.
Republicans reacted as you would expect to the news Friday that Special Counsel Robert Mueller found no collusion between President Trump and the Russians back in 2016. Congressman Sean Duffy said on Twitter that Democrats and the media need to apologize to the president.
Republican U.S. Senator Ron Johnson said it’s unfortunate that the investigation took two years and was nothing but a ‘distraction’ for the American people.
