A judge is refusing to toss a wrongful death lawsuit in the Kyle Rittenhouse shooting in Wisconsin. Anthony Huber was one of the men killed. His father is suing Rittenhouse along with police in Kenosha for his son’s death during a protest in 2020. He claims Rittenhouse “conspired” with police to kill his son. Read MoreThe man charged with last week’s killing in Iowa County says the gun just went off. Investigators say 34-year-old Timothy Sontic told them the gun went off when he picked it up. Deputies who responded to the shooting last Saturday in the town of Wyoming say Sontic was drunk at the time. The woman who was wounded was rushed to the hospital, but died on Monday. Prosecutors have filed homicide by intoxicated use of a firearm charges in the case.
