Rain continues in southern Wisconsin with flood advisories in effect in Madison. The National Weather Service says Madison could see up to three inches of rain by the end of the day. Some places closes to Lake Michigan could see up to four inches of rain. Places from Madison to the east are also at risk to see flash flooding today.

The 911 caller was among a group of individuals driving UTVs and found the injured subject laying on the road unresponsive. Taylor County deputies along with fire and EMS were dispatched. Upon the deputies arrival the unresponsive ATV rider was identified as 48-year-old James C.
