Gas in Wisconsin is down to an average of three dollars and a cent per gallon if regular unleaded. That’s eight cents less than it was last week, and thirty-seven cents less than a year ago in the state. Gas in Madison is currently at an average price of three dollars and four cents per gallon. Wisconsin’s prices are lower than the national average, which is three dollars and thirty cents.
