We’re going to have to wait to see what happens to the woman who drove through the Irvine Park Christmas display last December. A judge was supposed to decide on Ebony Hudson’s competency yesterday, but she objected to the report before the judge had a chance to rule on it. Police claim Hudson intentionally drove through the Christmas lights in Chippewa Falls last year. Hudson is due back in court in mid-April for another hearing.

Read MoreA woman in St. Croix County is sentenced to twelve years in prison for stabbing and killing her fiancé. Marian Kathryn Smith pleaded guilty for the 2022 murder of Shaun Lewis. Detectives say she told them they were fighting over a knife while she was washing the dishes and he was insulting her. He was stabbed in the stomach. After she serves her sentence, Smith will have ten years of supervision.
