Read MoreThe District Attorney in Washington County says a deputy had no choice but to shoot and kill a wanted suspect back in October. District Attorney Adam Gerol on Saturday said there will be no charges against the deputy for shooting and killing 29-year-old Christopher Sewell after a chase. The DA says Sewell pulled-out a gun as the deputy was chasing him. The deputy shot Sewell seven times.
Read MoreEveryone walked away from a crash between a car and an Amtrak train in Brookfield. It happened just after 5 p.m. Saturday on the railroad tracks at the intersection of Pilgrim and North. Brookfield Police say the driver accidentally turned on to the train tracks. Both the driver and their passenger got out of the car before the train arrived. None of the 214 people on-board the train were hurt.

Buck suffered from a ‘medical issue,’ and police say even emergency surgery at the vet in Eau Claire could not save him. Read MoreNorthern Wisconsin was shaken by a small earthquake yesterday morning. The U.S. Geological Survey says a magnitude 2-point-5 earthquake rumbled near Crandon, up in Forest County. The sheriff’s office says they got plenty of calls about the rumbling or shaking underground. There are no reports of any damage or any injuries. Earthquakes are rare in Wisconsin, the last was a mini-quake in Waupaca back in 2012.

Kleisner joined the department in 1991 and has won multiple awards for his service. Read MoreA man accused of kidnapping an 11-year-old girl will be extradited out of Wisconsin. Zackary Delozier appeared in Iowa County court Friday to waive extradition. Police say 27-year-old Delozier, 23-year-old Sara Gaudino, and 24-year-old Isaiah Schryvers are accused of kidnapping the girl in Indiana. They reportedly drove her to a Barneveld Kwik Trip and were arrested by police Sunday. Delozier will face charges in Indiana but it’s unclear when the extradition will take place.
