Highway 23 in the Dells is getting a facelift. Governor Evers announced yesterday that Wis-DOT is moving ahead with a four-and-a-half million-dollar resurfacing project. That means Highway 23 will see work starting today. The resurfacing work will be in two stages, with the first stage to close the highway.
