Christmas Mountain in the Wisconsin Dells is fighting the Legionnaires’ bacteria in some areas of its facility. Health officials said yesterday that the bacteria was found in parts of the water system at the popular resort. A spokesperson for the owner of the resort says staff members are working closely with health officials to reduce risks and to fix the issues with the water. Police say they found a dead man outside the home who was identified as 75-year-old Stuart Warner from Arizona. The caller, David Stowe, was later arrested after police determined a gun was used in the incident. He’s charged with first-degree intentional homicide.
