An Appleton man is under arrest after being accused of posing as a doctor. Kyle Larson faces multiple charges including practicing medicine without a license. Police received a tip and learned that Larson was going by the name Doctor Kyle Ellis and offering medical treatments and medications. Larson was taken into custody yesterday and Appleton authorities ask anyone who may have received treatment from a Doctor Kyle Ellisto contact them.

Hays appeared in court yesterday and Kramer will appear early next month.

Shane Johnson was charged yesterday for the death of 28-year-old Samuel Ott, who died in November 2017. Johnson was charged last November for supplying the heroin that killed 40-year-old Nicholas Buck. Johnson has already been sentenced to 20 years in federal prison for possessing 50 grams or more of meth with intent to distribute.
