A statewide response to flooding is continuing. Officials say at least 200 people have had to evacuate their homes. Emergency crews passed out 150-thousand sandbags across the state since flooding began last week. Governor Evers issued a state of emergency Friday in Madison, as well as at least 18 municipalities. No injuries have been reported.

Police say he beat his roommate last August over late rent. Officers who responded found a dog that appeared extremely underweight and covered in feces. Hadt pleaded no contest to the charges of disorderly conduct and mistreatment of animals in exchange for the dismissal of the battery charge.
