Another person is testing positive for COVID-19 in Wisconsin. The La Crosse County Health Department confirmed the case this morning after a notification from the Wisconsin Electronic Disease Surveillance System. A federal grand jury last month indicted Peggs on sex crimes charges. Prosecutors say he made child pornography back in 2015 and 2016. Altoona school leaders say it has become clear that Peggs cannot do his job, and may never again be able to work in a school district.

Doctors at Froedtert Pleasant Prairie Hospital started offering tests yesterday. The hospital’s Coronavirus Task Force leader Aaron Miller said the tests, however, are not for everyone.
