The Wisconsin National Guard’s new sexual assault and harassment policy will be in place by the end of the summer. Governor Tony Evers yesterday signed an executive order to put the plan into place. The new guidelines for the guard come after a report found that former guard commanders swept accusations of improper behavior under the rug. The governor yesterday said the new policy will help implement the top-to-bottom changes that the Guard needs.

Read MoreA man is dead after a two-car crash on Highway 16 in Monroe County. The county sheriff’s office says the cars hit nearly head-on near Hazel Avenue in Adrian Saturday night.
