A federal judge dismisses a lawsuit filed by President Trump’s legal team. The suit contested the handling of the November 3rd election process in Wisconsin. Yesterday, U.S. District Judge Brett Ludwig found that “the Rule of Law” has been followed in Wisconsin’s handling of the popular vote. In his decision to dismiss, Judge Ludwig said Trump’s challenge of Wisconsin’s election administration “could have been raised before the vote occurred.” On Monday morning Wisconsin’s Supreme Court is expected to rule on a similar Trump election

Yesterday the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said initially the vaccine will be shipped via FedEx in packages with a GPS transmitter and temperature sensor. Trucks carrying coronavirus vaccine are leaving the Pfizer manufacturing plant. NBC News’ Allison Barber says it’s unclear where the trucks will go first. Several UPS and FedEx 18 wheelers rolled out of the company’s facility near Kalamazoo, Michigan this morning as nationwide distribution of the vaccine begins.

Read MoreA winter weather advisory is in effect for several southern Wisconsin communities including Madison. The National Weather Service says the advisory is in effect through 6:00-p.m. this evening. The counties affected are Grant, Iowa, Lafayette, Green, Rock, Dane, Jefferson, Crawford and Dodge. The advisory says roads will be slushy and slick and visibility will be limited. As many as seven inches of snow are expected in communities along Highway 151 including Madison.
