There’s no ‘why’ yet, but we know “who”. Dunn County prosecutors yesterday filed formal first-degree homicide charges against three people for the beating death of 37-year-old Bruce McGuigan. Deputies found him dead in his home last week. Investigators are not offering a motive for the crime. All three suspects are being held in the Dunn County Jail. Read MoreThe counting is almost over in Milwaukee County. Electron managers yesterday said they have only 65 ballots left to count as part of their presidential recount. Milwaukee Election Commission director Claire Woodall-Vogg said the 65 ballots were found inside a voting machine. Outside of those few ballots, Woodall-Vogg says there is a lot of paperwork to finish before the recount can be declared complete.

The Department of Workforce Development and Google announced a partnership to help speed up claim processing in October.
