A lost fanny pack with money and other personal items is returned to its rightful owner. WKOW reported yesterday that Madison Police officials say a woman found the fanny pack near Winnebago Street and Bashford Avenue and handed it off to Madison Police. Investigators say there was ten-thousand dollars in cash and a cell phone in the fanny pack. A bank receipt for the money helped investigators track down the rightful owner.

The assistant superintendent for the School District of Janesville says they will have teachers from one school virtually teach students at another school.
