The Wisconsin Supreme Court denies a petition to remove the mask use mandate in Dane County.
Yesterday, the high court rejected the request from petitioners with the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty. The judges voted 4-3 to deny the request saying the case isn’t in the state supreme court’s jurisdiction.
