Wisconsin lawmakers are heading back to the Wisconsin Capitol, but it’s unclear if they will do anything about the state’s election system. State Rep. That’s about a hundred since the week before. There are, however, fewer people in the ICU. The Hospital Association reports there are just under 400 people in intensive care units across the state. Police arrested a 39-year-old man who they say was firing a rifle at about 12:45 a.m. New Year’s Day in the 2500 block of Calypso Road, that’s on the city’s west side. There are no other suspects in the two other shootings in the city on New Year’s Eve. There’s no indication that any of the shootings are connected.
