Wisconsin’s State of the State speech is returning to the Capitol in 2022. Governor Tony Evers yesterday said he will once again deliver the speech in-person, and in the statehouse. The governor moved his speech to the governor’s mansion earlier this year. Governor Evers is due to deliver his speech on February 15th.

That is exactly the count the Hospital Association reported at the end of last week. The Hospital Association says there are just over 400 people in ICUs in the state. The Hospital Association does not track who is hospitalized with the virus and who is hospitalized because of it.

The Florence County Sheriff’s Office says a small plane crashed near Menominee River Road near Spread Eagle on Christmas morning. Two people in the plane were taken to Dickinson County Memorial Hospital in unknown condition. The cause of the crash hasn’t been determined.
