Community members in New Lisbon hold a vigil for assassinated former Judge John Roemer. The candlelight vigil was held last night. WMTV cites former court reporter Karen Hedblom who worked with Judge Roemer and says he was much loved and respected. Roemer was shot dead inside his home Friday June 3rd. The prime suspect, Douglas Uhde was found with a possible self inflicted gunshot wound in Judge Roemer’s basement.
