Police in La Crosse have a teenager in custody in a murder investigation involving another teen. On Friday, 18-year old Sage Hicke turned himself in to police. He is expected to be charged as early as Monday with first degree intentional homicide in the shooting death of 15-year old Storm Vondrashek in May. La Crosse Police say their investigation is still open and ongoing with more details to be released about the case at a later date.
