A tornado that touched down in West Allis and swept into Milwaukee on Wednesday was the first confirmed twister in Milwaukee County in almost 23 years. Police say the first robbery happened at a Culver’s in Lake Mills back on September 26th. Police say the suspect has robbed multiple other Culver’s in that area.
