Prosecutors in Eau Claire say a car in a ditch led to a pot bust. It happened in the Town of Washington yesterday. Deputies found 17-year-old Cesar Cruz-Ramirez’s car stuck in the ditch. They then found nearly a pound-and-a-half of marijuana. Cruz-Ramirez was booked into jail on drug and bail jumping charges. He was freed on a 15 hundred-dollar signature bond.
