Brats, tots and all kinds of desserts are on tap at the Wisconsin State Fair.
The fair opens tomorrow in West Allis with plenty of new culinary delicacies on the menu. Fairgoers can get breakfast on a stick, chicken bacon ranch sliders, Caribbean smoothies and tacos made with crickets and gourmet frozen fruit pops with real grasshoppers. There is plenty of traditional fare at the fair as well.
