People impacted by storms in Barron County could be left in the dark until next week.
According to the Barron Electric Cooperative, about 250 people living between Cumberland and Turtle lake near Echo, Moon, and Horseshoe Lakes could be without power for another week because of storms last weekend. It says about 65 crews are working 15-hour days to restore power. Most people in the Barron and Chetek areas should have power restored.
