A Chippewa Falls man is accused of his eighth operating with restricted controlled substance charge in Eau Claire.
A criminal complaint claims Timothy Gould recently ran into another car and was taken to the hospital. Gould was then charged with the controlled substance charge, bail jumping, and possession of THC. He’s currently out on five-thousand-dollars bond.
