Former Fox Crossing judge Len Kachinsky is being hit with a three-year suspension.
The Wisconsin Supreme Court today ordered Kachinsky suspended from eligibility for judicial appointment for three years. Kachinsky has been embroiled in legal issues in the last year, including being accused of stalking and violating a restraining order.
