A former La Crosse fire chief is heading to trial on charges that he was looking at child pornography.
Francis Devine was in court yesterday. He pleaded not guilty to the charges against him. Prosecutors say Devine admitted that he was curious about child pornography. Devine was suspended by the city of La Crosse after his arrest, he plans to retire from the city at the end of next month.
