The books need to stretch their spines…An Eau Claire library is turning the pages on an expansion project.
The L.E. Phillips Memorial Public Library wants to add a third floor and expand its lower level. Officials say the library moved into the building in 1976 and as you can imagine, things have changed a little bit since then. The last renovation happened in 2009 to expand youth services.
