As we begin to embrace the sounds of Summer, an ice cream truck fits right in the mix. For this week’s Friday Feel Good we have reason to dip into an extra sweet story that promises kids in one East Coast town will have a reason to smile all Summer long.
An ice cream truck owner in western Massachusetts is making people smile because of one small act of kindness. A young boy recently approached her truck but didn’t have enough money for a treat. But instead of turning him away, they gave him a free scoop. So, the company just announced they’ll now give free ice cream to every child all summer.
A sweet summer treat made even sweeter.
